I'm Christian Harlow, the broker and owner of Harlow Realtors, and my job is to recruit, train, and support agents. Not to compete with them. When you bring a deal to Harlow Realtors, it is your deal. Full stop. --- Boutique ## Boutique, not a factory. The big factory brokerages sign thousands of agents. You are a number there.   We keep our circle small on purpose. Fewer agents means more attention for each one: real training, a broker who actually answers the phone, and a brand that stands for something. You don't get that halo at a discount shop. --- Compensation ## Compensation. An 80/20 split in your favor, up to a $12,000 company-dollar cap, then 100% (small file fee after cap). Recruit agents and earn a sponsor residual of up to $10,000 per year. No monthly tech fee. Free buyer leads when available.
